Refund & Exchange Policy

• Exchange/Return Timeframe:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days cannot be processed.

Return Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for returning items in undamaged condition. If damaged, the item will be sent back to you.

• Refunds:

Refunds are processed via bank transfer and will be for the product price only, excluding shipping charges.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

• Exchanges:

For exchanges, a Rs.200 delivery charge will apply for the new order.
