While we strive to keep our product availability up to date, Sidaeir cannot guarantee the availability of all items at all times. If a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a refund.

When you place an order, it is an offer to purchase the product. We reserve the right to accept or reject the order, and you will be notified accordingly. You will receive a confirmation once your order is processed.

4. Prices and Payments
All prices on our website are listed in PKR. Sidaeir reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the price of your order will be communicated before processing.

Payments are processed securely via our online payment gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price for the product(s) including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Typically, your order will arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

Free shipping is available for orders over Rs. 3,499. For orders below this threshold, a Rs. 200 delivery charge will apply.

In case of delivery delays, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking your order.

6. Cancellations and Changes
You can cancel or modify your order before it is dispatched. To cancel or modify, please contact our customer support team via WhatsApp at +92-327-2509199. Once the order is shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can return items within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Refunds will be issued for the product value, excluding shipping costs.

Exchanges are also available, but the product must be unused and in its original condition. Please note that exchange orders may incur additional shipping charges.
